Welcome and embrace Autumn
An intimate, seasonal retreat
A gentle retreat for just 4 women (plus Kiki). Together we’ll move slowly, listen deeply and practice simple, restorative rituals to help you welcome and embrace autumn’s softer rhythm.

What to expect
We’ll begin with a short welcome circle to settle into the morning together, followed by a silent 20 minute walk down a quiet farm track to soften the mind and absorb the beauty of nature.
We’ll then spend 20 minutes at the canalside with some mindful barefoot grounding and myofascial foot release with poetry and breathing exercises to reconnect with our body and reset our nervous system.
After this we’ll enjoy a 20 minute gentle walk (silent or quiet chats) through fields to a secluded spot in a small peaceful woodland. Here we’ll spend 1 hour 30 minutes in the intimate forest clearing with forest bathing, journaling (prompts will be available if needed), reading (there will be a selection of books to gander through or bring your own) or simply resting is also encouraged. There’s nothing quite like being snuggled under a blanket with a hot water bottle in the woods immersed in nature.
During your time here you’ll receive a 20 minute grounding and tension release massage on your yoga mat to feel fully decompressed and nurtured.
The retreat will end with a 20-minute walk along the canal and country road where we will close with a short gratitude circle.

Why this retreat is special
This is a deliberately small, gentle experience blending mindful walking, grounding, poetry, breathwork and skilled massage – all held within the rhythm of autumn. A morning to slow down, soften and return to yourself.
Who this is for
Women seeking to slow down, reconnect with themselves and with nature, and appreciate simple seasonal rituals. No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to rest.
What to bring:
- Comfortable layers for autumn weather (including waterproofs)
- Sturdy shoes (and socks for barefoot parts)
- Small towel to dry feet (if needed)
